EXPERIENCE

I welcome adult individuals and couples who are navigating a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, boundary-setting, self-love, family and relationship issues, and adaptive coping strategies. A core focus of my practice is also providing sex therapy, which addresses an important, often intimate aspect of people’s lives.

Sex therapy is a valuable tool for individuals and couples seeking to improve intimacy, address challenges, and gain a deeper understanding of their own and their partner’s needs. By creating a space where sex and related topics can be discussed openly and comfortably, we can reduce shame, stigma, and the impact of sex-negative messages. My goal is to foster a supportive, non-judgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered on your journey toward healing and growth.

ABOUT ME

While talking is a part of everyday life, therapy offers a unique, confidential space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences more deeply. I believe comfort and connection are essential, and finding the right therapeutic fit is one of the most important parts of a successful healing journey.

I specialize in sex therapy, EMDR, and trauma-informed care, and often integrate mindfulness-based strategies to support clients in reconnecting with themselves and others. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in curiosity—creating space for healing, self-discovery, and growth.

I work best with individuals and couples who are ready to explore deeper patterns in their relationships, sexuality, communication, and emotional responses. Many of my clients are navigating shame, desire, identity, trauma, or big life transitions, and want a space where all parts of them are welcome.

As a clinician and single parent, I understand the importance of nurturing my own well-being to show up fully for my clients and my daughter. I find grounding in nature, quality time with loved ones, and activities like traveling, yoga, golf, walking, and meditation. These practices sustain me, allowing me to continue learning, growing, and healing.

I’m deeply committed to my own journey of healing and personal growth — not only for my own benefit but also as a way to set an example for my daughter and those around me.

In therapy, I believe in the power of holding space and truly listening. It’s an incredible honor to be the person someone chooses to share their most vulnerable moments with, and I cherish the trust we build together as we navigate this journey of healing.

I'm on a mission to humanize myself as a therapist & de-stigmatize how we talk about sex & mental health.
