Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a space for self-discovery, healing, and growth. As a licensed therapist, I work with individuals who are looking to make sense of their emotions, gain clarity in their lives, and build lasting, positive change. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or navigating life transitions, therapy provides the opportunity to address the issues that may be holding you back.

I believe that therapy is a journey toward reconnecting with your authentic self and rebuilding self-trust. We’ll work together to understand the patterns, beliefs, and behaviors that may no longer serve you, while also exploring the parts of you that may have been buried or overlooked. It’s important to me that you feel safe and supported throughout this process, which is why my approach is grounded in compassion, trust, and respect.

During our time together, I’ll help you build skills for emotional regulation, self-awareness, and personal empowerment. We’ll also explore how your mind and body work together, as healing often requires both mental and physical integration. Whether it’s learning how to set healthy boundaries, manage stress, or heal from past trauma, my goal is to help you feel more grounded, resilient, and in touch with your true self.

Therapy is not about “fixing” you, but about guiding you to a place of acceptance, healing, and growth. It's about creating space to process difficult emotions, challenge self-limiting beliefs, and develop healthier coping strategies. Together, we’ll work toward restoring balance in your life, so you can move forward with a renewed sense of self-trust, confidence, and inner peace.

EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is a powerful, research-supported approach to healing trauma, anxiety, and overwhelming life experiences. When we experience trauma, the brain and body can hold onto those memories in ways that continue to trigger emotional and physical distress long after the event has passed. EMDR helps reprocess these memories, allowing your nervous system to move toward healing, integration, and relief — without needing to retell the story in painful detail.

At the heart of EMDR is building a strong foundation of trust and safety. Before we begin reprocessing, we focus on stabilizing your nervous system, developing coping resources, and strengthening your ability to stay grounded. I approach EMDR with great care, honoring your pace and ensuring that you feel supported and empowered at every step. This process respects the natural connection between mind and body, helping you tune into your internal signals and build resilience.

As we move through the work, many clients notice shifts in their emotions, thoughts, and physical experiences. EMDR not only addresses the roots of distress but also opens the door for greater calm, self-compassion, and clarity. Whether you’re healing from complex trauma, attachment wounds, anxiety, or relational pain, EMDR offers a way to release old patterns, reduce emotional reactivity, and reconnect with your authentic self.

My goal is to help you feel more free, grounded, and trusting of yourself. Through EMDR, you can move beyond survival mode and step into a fuller, more empowered life. Together, we create a space where healing is possible — not by forgetting the past, but by reclaiming your story and your strength.

My services

Couples therapy

Couples therapy is a powerful and transformative tool for partners looking to strengthen their relationship, improve communication, and navigate the complexities of intimacy, trust, and connection. In our work together, I create a safe, non-judgmental space for both individuals to explore their needs, desires, and concerns with the goal of fostering deeper understanding and healthier interaction patterns.

Relationships can be beautiful and fulfilling, but they also come with challenges. Whether you’re facing recurring conflicts, struggles with intimacy, difficulties in communication, or emotional disconnect, therapy provides an opportunity to address these issues with intention and care. My approach to couples therapy focuses on both partners feeling heard, validated, and understood, so that you can rebuild trust, respect, and intimacy.

We’ll start by identifying and unpacking any underlying issues that may be causing tension or distance between you and your partner. This might include exploring past experiences, patterns of behavior, or unresolved trauma that impact the way you interact with each other. We’ll work together to understand the emotional needs that each of you brings into the relationship and how these needs can be met in a healthy, sustainable way.

Throughout the process, my goal is to help you both reconnect with the deeper sense of love, partnership, and trust that brought you together. Therapy is not about fixing each other but about supporting you both in understanding and valuing each other’s unique experiences, perspectives, and vulnerabilities. It’s about learning how to meet one another where you are, with compassion and curiosity, so that you can grow together — both as individuals and as a couple.

Sex Therapy

Sex therapy provides a supportive and affirming space to explore intimacy, sexual health, identity, and relationship dynamics. Many individuals and couples face challenges around communication, desire, emotional connection, and shame related to sex and sexuality. In our work together, we create a space where you can openly and safely navigate these complex areas of your life without fear of judgment.

A key part of my practice is providing inclusive support for individuals across the LGBTQIA+ community. Exploring your sexual identity, gender expression, or relationship experiences can bring up important and sometimes difficult emotions. Therapy can help you process those feelings, reduce internalized shame, and build a stronger, more compassionate relationship with yourself. Whether you're questioning, coming out, exploring intimacy within your relationship, or healing from past sexual stigma or trauma, you are welcome here.

Sex therapy is not only about addressing sexual functioning; it’s about understanding the emotional, relational, and psychological aspects that shape your experiences. Together, we will explore how your body, emotions, and relationships interact, helping you create healthier patterns, communicate more effectively, and honor your authentic needs and desires. Our work may include navigating performance anxiety, desire discrepancies, sexual pain, body image struggles, or the impact of past trauma on your sense of safety and intimacy.

Throughout the process, my goal is to support you in reconnecting with your body, your voice, and your authentic self. By reducing shame, challenging sex-negative messages, and fostering self-trust, we create space for you to experience a more empowered, confident, and fulfilling connection to yourself and to others — however that looks for you.
